Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to request a return after receiving the item.

Your item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or used, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not offer free returns.

If you return an item, we will only refund 20% of the price you paid. This is because shipping costs typically account for about 80% of the total price you paid. Since the logistics service was initially outsourced to a freight forwarder, this portion is non-refundable. We only refund the cost of the item itself, not the shipping cost.

Items returned to us without prior request for a return will not be accepted.

We understand that waiting for an order can be frustrating. However, a delivery delay does not mean the order is lost. Refunds will only be issued for lost orders officially confirmed by our shipping agent. We closely monitor all shipments to ensure your order arrives safely.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), bespoke items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and then purchase a new one separately once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justifiable cause. As stated above, your goods must be in the condition they were in upon receipt, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund: Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and credit the refund.
